Sophia means wisdom, and we used all our powers to infuse this cast chandelier with the spirit of the eighteenth-century.

The chandelier is entirely supported by its rococo cast framework. Every frame element as well, from candleholders and bobeches to the tiniest connector, is an elaborate casting. To create a perfectly harmonious look, Schonbek designed all the castings from scratch and had them made in Italy.

Exuberant leafy and floral motifs and lattice-like patterns are etched and incised in great detail throughout the castings.

You have several choices of crystal color: STRASS® Silver Shade, Golden Shadow or Golden Teak. Clear crystal options include STRASS® Swarovski® and optic quality Heritage Handcut®.
